Olivia & Co.

After the renovation works at Suntec City was completed, new tenants moved in and one of them is Olivia & Co., which took up residence at the area in between tower 1 and 2.

Olivia & Co. is named after a fictional character called Olivia who loves to travel , and she incorporates her worldly experiences at Olivia.

The kitchen and retail shop is housed in a regular shop space while the main dining area is housed in the atrium, where you get a great view of the shopping mall as you have your meal.

Olivia & Co. offers chicken wings done in 5 different flavors: Hanoi Wing, Seoul Wings, Lousiana Wings, Tokya Wings and Bangkok Wings, available in 6pcs and 12pcs. We were recommended Hanoi Wings which is light and refreshing with its blend of fish sauce, lime juice and garlic.

The Cheeses is Olivia & Co.'s signature burger and it is a giant of juicy beef patty with fresh lettuce, lettuce, grilled onions and stripy Jack cheese.

Boston Burger doesn't look as almighty as The Cheese, but it definitely packs a punch. Juicy beef patty with fried bacon, melted Brie cheese, habanero jam and served with a side of rosemary fries. I can't find fault with the burger which is juicy, oozy and delicious, but the rosemary fries taste like normal fries.

You will be surprised how much work goes into making this Austin Melt Sandwich. Short ribs are braised for 8 hours straight which are then mashed together with caramelises onions and served in butter-toasted brioche with melted cheddar cheese. Sweet and cheesy, this is the kind of sandwich I don't mind having everyday.

I was really looking forward to digging my teeth into the Quayside Soft-Shell Crab Burger, but I was told that they don't have enough soft-shell crab for a full burger, so they made me Olivia Sliders Board instead (you can find it on the Small Plates & Sharing menu) where I get  1 soft shell crab slider, 1 homemade beef slider and 1 porkbelly slider with Asian slaw.

Quench your thirst with smoothies such as Mango Mojo and Going Bananas. Besides smoothies, there are also coffees, teas, milkshakes, soda pops, fresh juice, water, wines and craft beers to quench your thirst.

Olivia & Co. is really more of a cafe than a restaurant, serving light meals such as burgers and sandwiches. This is a great place to grab a quick bite before a movie at tower 3.
